As a "mode of attention" that guides the walk: en route and at the sites of your choosing, you should walk concentrating on only one sense. Do this 3 times, with 3 different senses, mapping the route. I'm a photographer so the sense that comes most naturally to me is sight. Instead of using sight I chose to use three senses that would challenge me.
To the left you'll see a map with colors. Each group of pictures are marked with a color. Those colors correspond to a part of the map. In order first is red, 2 is green, 3 is purple, 4 is orange and last is blue.
The three senses I chose were:
- Molly my dog
- hearing sound
- touch
